She creates frameworks, playbooks, curriculums, and cross-functional systems that connect talent acquisition, leadership development, and employer branding.

Her consulting work centers on internship program design, manager enablement, and hiring infrastructure—with employer branding integrated as a throughline across each. She partners with talent acquisition, L&D, and people operations teams at fast-growing consulting, financial services, and tech/SaaS companies—especially those rethinking early careers strategy and adapting to generational shifts in workforce culture.

Jillian is also a Certified Executive Coach and Curriculum Designer, working with rising leaders, executives, and early-stage entrepreneurs through 1:1 and group coaching. She specializes in leadership development, high-performance energy management, work wellness, ADHD-friendly strategies, and career reinvention—including personal branding, job search strategy, and interview readiness. Her approach integrates Human Design, energetic health, and self-healing tools to help clients thrive both inside (and outside) of corporate systems.
